Types of Members Active - Open to all interested individuals - both credentialed and non-credentialed. Student - Open to any individual enrolled in an approved school for Health Information Administrators or Health Information Technicians. Honorary - Any person who is an honorary member of this association as of the date of adoption of the Bylaws and any person who received honorary membership of OHIMA.* Board members are considered honorary. Corporate - Granted to any business that sponsors a meeting during the membership year.
